For the past sixteen years my family has been going to Lake Tahoe every August for a week. We spend the week at a resort in the north side of Tahoe, called Northstar. It's a family trip that every one looks forward to all summer. Adam, Zachary, and I just got back this week. This year we decided to drive, so we could take the rafts and kayak. It was a long drive, but Zachary and Samantha were awesome.
Each year, it's fun to see how our family grows. Adam has been coming with me for the past eight years, my sister brought her fiance, and my brother brought his friend. This year my best friend was able to come for a couple days from San Diego. This was Molly's third time coming with us, and my cousin came up from San Francisco for a couple days.
We all kept so busy swimming at the pool, playing and shopping in the village, hiking, golfing, playing at the lake, boating, and just enjoying all the family.
